Location Permission

SUBSCRIBE ME would like to access your location to find our nearest pickup and drop off location, or to successfully deliver and collect your vehicle at your convenience. 

Camera & Gallery Permission

SUBSCRIBE ME would like to access your Camera & Gallery to take and access pictures. This is to make sure that you can click pictures of your documents like Emirates ID & Driving License. These documents are mandatory to successfully subscribe a vehicle with Subscribe Me.

Notification Permission

SUBSCRIBE ME would like to get the notification permission for communicating with you regarding your subscription status and other promotional messages

3 . On what basis we use your information

We use your personal information on the following bases:

• For legitimate interests purposes. Using your personal information helps us to operate, improve and minimise any disruption to the services that we may offer to you. We also have a legitimate interest in sending you information we believe will be of interest to you;
• Because you have given your consent (if we expressly ask for consent to process your personal information, for a specific purpose); and
• To comply with any legal and regulatory obligations. 

4. With whom do we share your information? 

We will only disclose or transfer your personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy to:

• Third party service providers and sub-contractors who provide a service to us, marketing and advertising, data processing, IT and office services; 
• Any member of the group (including affiliates and subsidiaries); and
• Any competent authorities if we are legally required to comply with a request for data.

The information you submit will be processed internally and stored on servers based in the United Arab Emirates. It is not transferred outside the United Arab Emirates in the usual course of our business.

Our websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience. If you access those links, you will leave our website. We do not control those websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not cover the personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with us; that sharing is governed by that third-party company's privacy policy.

We may be required to update or change our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will upload an updated Privacy Policy on this website.  12. User Data Deletion

The user can delete their account from the SUBSCRIBE ME application by clicking on the Menu in the Car Listing page. Then click on My Profile and Delete Your Account from our system
